New pupil

A child with an intellectual disability deserves the utmost care and the most appropriate education. As a parent, you know this better than anyone.
You will therefore take extra care to choose the most suitable educational facility for your son or daughter.
De Groote Aard specialises in providing good, adequate education for these pupils.
We offer you every opportunity to discuss with us the education that will benefit your child most.

We aim to work with fixed intake moments for new pupils: beginning of the school year / after the Christmas holidays / after the May holidays.  

Unfortunately, the Education Care Groups (OZG) are already full for school year 2024-2025. We operate a waiting list for these groups. A new pupil can be placed the moment a pupil moves on or out. Until then, no new orientation visits take place. For the sake of completeness, we also mention that the through-flow and inflow in the OZG groups is very limited.
A limited number of places are still available in the SO department. Whether there is room depends on age and educational and support needs. 

In our VSO junior department (VSO-OB) division, there is room for new pupils.
